Villa Christal is a whole 170 m² house that you share with no one during your stay. It sleeps up to 6 guests in calm surroundings, with Sarlat’s historic centre within walking distance.
The spirit of the house
Designed for families and groups of friends, the villa offers generous volumes and a spacious, light-filled open-plan living area. A covered terrace, a pool table, garden furniture and a private pool: everyone finds their own space, indoors and out.
A fully air-conditioned house
The whole house is air-conditioned by a Bosch system, bedrooms included. Summer days in the Périgord regularly go past 35 °C: being able to come back into a cool house in the early afternoon, and above all to sleep cool, changes the shape of the holiday. Children nap without a fight, nights are restful, and nobody wakes up worn out by the heat.
Air conditioning comes on top of the simple habits that have always worked in Périgord houses: shutters closed during the hottest hours, windows opened early in the morning and in the evening. In winter, the house is warmed by underfloor heating.

On site, our local property manager looks after your stay, with a secure key safe for late arrivals.
